The Minneapolis-based law firm of Bowman and Brooke LLP has renewed its lease and expanded its presence at Fifth Street Towers in downtown Minneapolis, inking a long-term deal for nearly 59,000 square feet. The firm is currently occupying about 39,000 square feet in the tower…

…“We did a very thorough job,” said Mickey Bailey, chief of operations for Bowman and Brooke. “Our agent for this search was Tom Braman

[Braman & Associates]. We were very open to lots of things. I think the first book of options that he brought us had more than 30 options in it. We looked at warehouse space, we looked at buying our own building, we looked at most of the office towers in downtown Minneapolis. We looked at it with a fairly open mind. We started almost two years ahead of our lease expiration.”
